Guidelines for reserving room 302 and 401b for class use
CIMC teaching spaces are available for both regularly scheduled SoE classes and occasional class use; however, priority is granted to SoE classes using CIMC resources, and where CIMC lab space is the primary classroom space specified in the UW Timetable. Prior to scheduling, please review our reservation guidelines to determine the earliest possible date reservations will be processed.
Room 302 (not intended for groups over 15)

Room 302 available for "as-needed" reservations from 8am to 4pm M-F. Therefore, no weekly reservations during those hours.
4th Floor Space/room 401b (can seat up to 50)

Room 401b available for "as-needed" reservation from 4pm to 10pm Mon and Tues. Therefore, no weekly reservations during those hours.
General Policies
Spaces may be reserved for up to four hours at a time.
Reservations will be forfeited if the client has not arrived within 20 minutes of the start time of your reservation.
The following equipment is permanently available in Room 302 and Room 401b: PC workstation, a computer projector, a DVD, a VCR, a white board, and a screen.
Room 302 required a key to be checked-out. The key is available from the Circulation Desk Staff.
Unless there are special circumstances, these spaces are only available for reservations during the hours of CIMC operation: 8am to 10 M-r, 8am to 5pm F, and Noon to 5pm S - S.
For handicapped access to room 401b, please contact the CIMC circulation desk.
