Reserve Equipment

This form requires all information requested below. Please include the specific type of equipment. If you are unsure refer to our equipment page. It may be faster to call 608-263-4750 to reserve equipment.

Most equipment is available for a four day loan period; you will be informed of any exceptions.

To check-out equipment, you must be a student currently enrolled in a School of Education class or faculty/staff working in a School of Education department.

*We can not guarantee availability through the web request. You will be notified whether or not your request has been approved.
